1. Rental Agreement
To rent a vehicle from Alamo Executive Drive, you must be at least 23 years of age and hold a valid driving licence recognised in Kenya. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as collected, with allowance for normal wear and tear. Any damage, missing accessories, or excessive dirt upon return will be assessed and charged accordingly. Late returns are subject to additional daily fees.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to collect the vehicle without prior cancellation) forfeit the full booking amount.
3. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) and include 16% VAT as required by the Kenya Revenue Authority. Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa, Paystack (card payments), and bank deposit for corporate accounts. A security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle collection and will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.
4. Liability & Insurance
All rental vehicles include basic Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance as standard. Super CDW with reduced excess is available as an optional add-on at the time of booking. Insurance coverage is void in cases of driver negligence, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unauthorised use of the vehicle, or use of the vehicle outside approved territories.
5. Vehicle Use
Vehicles rented from Alamo Executive Drive are approved for use on Kenyan roads only. Cross-border travel requires prior written permission and may incur additional fees and insurance charges. All drivers must observe Kenyan traffic laws and posted speed limits at all times. The renter is responsible for any traffic fines or penalties incurred during the rental period.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
